		<description>Thanks for the reminder Heather.&lt;br&gt;I would say that the area where we have failed more than any other is outbound email. Often we have simply forgotten our customers when they&#039;ve continued to buy from us so this year we&#039;re looking at making regular outbound email an integral part of the business. Having said that we&#039;re looking for the right balance between making offers and providing solid valuable free information. One thing I&#039;m conscious of is &#039;burning our list&#039; by asking them to buy all the time.</description>
