		<description>One thing I would add to the conversation Catriona is that it really helps if you have specialised email software to mange all the outbound emails. Microsoft Outlook has a funny way of deciding for people whether something is spam or not and is not the best method of managing large lists of email contacts. We happen to use a product called Mad Mimi but there are lots of inexpensive pieces of software which can really manage and monitor this exercise.</description>
